  • How long will the whole process take?
    Our collaboration starts with a focused audit of your current situation, completed within the first week. From there, we move into building the product, setting up the systems, and preparing everything for launch. Most projects take around 2–6 weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of the product — followed by a realized 14-day launch period, where everything goes live in a structured, supported way.
  • What kind of product will we create, and who is responsible for it?
    We co-create the product together — I guide the structure, systems, and strategy, while you provide the content and expertise. Depending on your audience and goals, this can be a course, guide, mentorship, membership, or other digital offering. You approve every asset, and I handle the setup, funnels, and technical execution so the product is launch-ready without adding stress to your schedule.
  • How much time do I need to be involved?
    Your involvement depends on the type of product we create. For a pre-recorded course, you’ll mainly spend time recording modules and approving content. For a mentorship or live program, your time is tied to scheduled sessions with clients. In general, typical weekly commitment is 1–2 focused hours for approvals, touchpoints, and decisions — I handle the systems, launch, and execution so you can stay in your creative flow.
